Cancellation Policy
  • Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated.For cancellations that occur within 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the fee of one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • During the exhibition period,peak season, any change or cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date, or the canceling charge will be 100% of your booking as No-Show, and it will be charged to your credit card automatically.
  • All the bookings which staying day are during from December 28th to December 31st, any change or cancellation is not allowed, and the canceling fee will be 100% of total amount charged as No-Show from the credit card which your provided automatically.

To ensure an early arrival the room must be reserved the night prior to your stay
Late Departures
Past 12 am: Extend to 1 pm departure as a courtesy based on availability Past 1 pm: 50% charge of the reservation rate up to a 4 pm departure Past 4 pm: Full reservation value charged to credit card on file up to 12 am departure the following morning
