Booking Accommodation Notice

Reservation Policy

  • To complete an online reservation, valid credit card information is required.
  • The hotel will perform a pre-authorization for the first night’s room charge prior to arrival as a guarantee of your booking. If the pre-authorization fails, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  • All payments are to be settled upon check-in.

Accommodation Information

  • Check-in time: After 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM
  • All room rates are quoted in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
  • Except for Family Rooms, which accommodate up to four guests, all other room types are limited to two guests. Charges for a third guest are as follows:

  1. Children aged 11 and under may stay free of charge (limited to one child per room, without an extra bed).

  2. Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and will be charged for an extra bed.

  3. Extra bed charge: NTD 1,200 per bed per night (inclusive of tax, service charge, and one breakfast).

  4. Extra beds are available for Business Rooms and Junior Rooms only.

  • A valid government-issued ID or passport is required upon check-in.
  • Breakfast Charges for Additional Guests:

  1. Children under 120 cm in height: Free of charge

  2. Children 120–139 cm: NTD 230 + 10% per meal

  3. Guests 140 cm and above: NTD 460 + 10% per meal

  • The hotel provides an underground parking garage with a height limit of 1.9 meters. Complimentary parking (one vehicle per room) is offered to in-house guests from 3:00 PM on the check-in date until 11:00 AM on the check-out date. Additional parking outside this time frame will be charged accordingly. Parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations are not accepted.
  • Guests must be at least 20 years old to check in. If guests are under 20, they must be accompanied by an adult.
  • In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or road closures due to earthquakes, or if a land-based typhoon warning is issued by the Central Weather Administration, guests are advised to contact the hotel proactively to discuss reservation changes.

Cancellation Policy

  • If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the full rate of the first night’s stay.
